Bobclass Go is how your clients book with you. It comes in two shells — a free app for iPhone, iPad and Android, and your web booking page, which runs in any browser with nothing to install. The two are functionally identical. On the Bobclass Studio plan you can also embed that booking page inside your own website.
Everything is created for you automatically when your studio account is set up. There is nothing to build. Choose which tabs your clients see in Settings → Online booking, then share your booking page link.
Clients who would rather not install anything can use your booking page in a browser instead.
Guest or signed in
The meaningful distinction is not app versus browser — it is whether the client is signed in.
Guests book with nothing more than an email address. Ideal for a first-time client trying your studio. Booking is all they can do: no waitlist, no cancelling their own booking, and nothing can be bought. The guest route can be switched off — see Guest mode in How clients book .
Signed-in clients enter the email address you have on file and a one-time code. Bobclass then knows who they are: it matches them to their Class Pack or Membership, shows remaining credits and expiry dates, keeps their booking history, and lets them waitlist, cancel and buy for themselves.
Clients can sign in on the web page just as they can in the app — but only once they are on your client list. See A client cannot log in to Bobclass Go.
