Your web booking page is Bobclass Go running in a browser. It is not a cut-down version — the web and the app are functionally identical. A client can go from your Instagram bio to a booking request in under a minute, with nothing to install. It is live from the moment your studio account is created.
Go to . Your booking page link is at the bottom of that screen. Share it wherever your clients already are — your website, your Instagram bio, WhatsApp, email signature, or a QR code at the studio door.
The same screen controls which tabs appear:
- — your scheduled group classes and hybrid sessions
- — one-to-one sessions, booked by picking an available slot
- — Class Packs, Memberships and shop items, once you have a payment route set up and products marked
- — your company name, address and description, taken from Studio profile
Under on the same screen you control whether booking is open at all, whether requests need approving, whether guests can book, and whether a product is required — see How clients book . The real difference is not web versus app — it is whether the client is signed in.
The client picks a class or a slot and enters their email address. Bobclass matches that address to an existing client profile; if there is no match, the request arrives in your Inbox marked , and approving it adds them to your client list. Booking is all a guest can do — no waitlist, no self-cancellation, and nothing can be bought from the Store tab. This route depends on being switched on. With it off, the guest option is hidden and only clients already on your list can book.
Clients on your list can sign in on the web page with their email address and a one-time code, exactly as they would in the app. Signing in gives them everything: their credits and expiry dates, their booking history, the waitlist on full classes, the ability to cancel their own bookings within your cancellation window, and the ability to buy.
If you have a website, you do not have to send clients away to a separate link. On the Bobclass Studio plan you can embed the same booking page directly into your pages — see Booking widget for your website . - First-time clients, one-off bookings, and anyone who does not want another app on their phone. No install, no account, no commitment.
- Once someone is coming weekly, having Bobclass Go on their phone is simply more convenient — but if they would rather sign in through the browser, they lose nothing by doing so.
