Booking widget for your website

Booking widget for your website

If you have your own website, you can embed Bobclass booking directly into it. Clients browse your schedule and book without ever leaving your site — no link out, no separate tab.
The widget is available on the Bobclass Studio plan and above. See  Subscription plans .

Three ways to put booking in front of clients

  • Your booking page link — share it anywhere. Works for everyone, no website needed. See  Web booking (no-app option)  .
  • The widget — the same booking page, embedded inside your own website.
  • The Bobclass Go app — for regulars who want it on their phone. See  Bobclass Go  .
They are not alternatives to choose between. Most studios use the link and the app, and add the widget when they have a site worth embedding it in.

Building your widget

Open the widget builder at  bobclass.com/widget  .
Enter your studio slug — the identifier at the end of your booking page link. Find that link at the bottom of Settings → Online booking in Bobclass Studio Manager.
Adjust the settings below until the preview looks right.
Click Show code and copy the HTML.
Paste it into your website wherever you want booking to appear.
If your site is built on WordPress, Squarespace, Wix or similar, paste it into an embed or custom HTML block. You do not need a developer.

Settings

  • Width and height — in pixels.
  • Auto-height — overrides the height and lets the widget expand to fit its content. Useful when your schedule varies in length.
  • Language — English, German, French, Spanish, Italian or Dutch.
  • Time format — 24 hour or 12 hour.
  • Transparent background — lets your own page background show through, so the widget sits on your design rather than in a white box.

What clients can do in it

The widget shows your booking page, so everything works as it does there. Clients can book as a guest with just an email address, or sign in with a one-time code to get their credits, booking history, the waitlist and self-cancellation.
Which tabs appear — Classes, Appointments, Store, Contact — is controlled by Settings → Online booking, the same as for your booking page.
