Signed-in clients cancel their own bookings in Bobclass Go — in the app or on the web page — as long as they are still inside the cancellation window you have set. This keeps late drop-outs off your plate without giving away control of your schedule.
Go to and set your . It defines how far in advance a client must cancel — at 24 hours, a class on Thursday at 18:00 can be cancelled until 18:00 on Wednesday. Once that point has passed, the cancel option disappears and only you can remove the client.
The client opens their upcoming bookings in Bobclass Go, selects the session, and cancels it. That is the whole flow.
Two conditions apply: the cancellation window must still be open, and . Someone who booked as a guest, with only an email address, cannot cancel for themselves — they will need to message you.
You are sent a push notification for an ordinary cancellation. The cancellation is recorded in the in your Inbox , alongside every other piece of client activity, so nothing is lost — it simply does not interrupt you. There is one exception. If the cancellation frees a spot in a full class that has clients on the waitlist, you do get a push notification and an entry in your Inbox, so you can decide who to promote. If credits come off at checkout — the default — the cancelled booking never reached checkout, so nothing was taken. If you use , where the credit is taken at the moment of booking, cancelling undoes that checkout and puts the credit back.
You can remove a client from a session at any time, including after the cancellation window has closed. Either:
- open the client's profile, tap , and cancel the relevant booking; or
- open the session in the calendar and remove them from the participants.
