Clients can buy from you directly in Bobclass Go, without you having to handle the sale. Purchases appear on the tab.
Buying is only available to a client, which means they must already be on your client list — Bobclass matches them by email address. Someone browsing your booking page as a guest can book a class, but cannot buy anything until they are on your list and signed in.
The Store tab appears only when both of these are true:
Either connect Stripe for card payments, or fill in your bank details in . One or the other is enough; you can have both.
If neither payment route is set up, clients cannot buy in the app. You can still record every sale and payment yourself — see Selling products . Anything you have marked :
Products without turned on stay internal: you can still sell them yourself from the client's profile, but clients will not see them.
Card payments are processed by Stripe. Clients can pay by credit or debit card, or — for most people a single tap, with no card details to type.
The payment is taken and recorded automatically, the product is added to the client's profile, and the sale is marked paid without any action from you. See About Stripe . Bobclass does not add a fee to online payments. Stripe charges its own processing fees, which vary by country and payment method.
If you have filled in your bank details, a client who chooses bank transfer at checkout goes through three steps:
Bobclass shows them your transfer details, formatted for their region, with copy buttons so they can paste each field straight into their banking app.
They make the transfer in their banking app, or however else they normally pay.
They tap .
That last step is the client's own declaration. Bobclass cannot see into your bank account, so it records the sale in Bobclass Studio Manager with the status .
Bank transfers arrive instantly or the same day in most countries. Once the money is in your account, open the client's profile, go to , and mark the sale as .
To review outstanding transfers across your whole client list rather than one profile at a time, go to and apply the filter .
Supported formats are Europe/SEPA, the United Kingdom, Switzerland and the United States, plus a custom format for other markets.
A product bought by bank transfer is usable straight away — the client does not have to wait for you to mark the sale Paid. Two things happen in the meantime.
the product sits in the client's section as normal, carrying a flag. They can see it and book against it.
A session booked on a pack that is still pending arrives as a request in your Inbox rather than going straight onto the calendar — even if you have turned off. Approving it books the client as normal. That combination is the safeguard. The client is not left waiting, but nothing is confirmed behind your back while the money is still in transit.
Once you mark the sale , the flag clears and the product behaves like any other.
The product appears under in the client's profile. In Bobclass Go the client can see what they hold and its status — remaining credits on a Class Pack, or the expiry date of a Membership.
A Class Pack or Membership you record yourself from the client's profile also shows up in their Bobclass Go app. They are not sent a notification about it, but it is there when they next open the app.
