Three checks worth doing firstWhatever the problem, these resolve a good share of reports:
Check your internet connection. Bobclass needs one to load and to save.
Update the app. Check the App Store or Google Play for a newer version, and see which version you are running in Settings → About .
Allow for sync. If a change was made on another device, give the calendar a moment to catch up and then refresh before assuming it did not save.
If the app itself is struggling rather than one feature, check the device requirements in  Downloading and logging in⁠ .
