Login issues

Most login problems come down to two things: the wrong app, or the wrong email address. Start by working out which app is involved.

Which app are you signing into?

There are three Bobclass apps and they sign in differently.
  • Bobclass Studio Manager — for you, the studio owner. Email address and password.
  • Bobclass Team — for your instructors and staff. Email address and a one-time code sent by email. No password.
  • Bobclass Go — for your clients. Email address and a one-time code sent by email. No password.
Both Bobclass Team and Bobclass Go work the same way: the person must already be on file in Bobclass Studio Manager with an email address in their profile, and they sign in using that exact address. If the address they type is not one you hold, no code will reach them — the app is working correctly, it just does not know who they are.

Studio Manager: you cannot log in

Work through these in order.
Check the email address. Use the address you registered with, which may not be the one you use day to day now.
Reset your password. Tap Forgot password? on the login screen. The reset email can take a few minutes — check your spam folder if it does not arrive.
Check your internet connection. Bobclass needs one to sign in and to load your data.
Give it a moment. After a successful login it can take a few seconds to load everything. A slow load is not a failed login — wait before tapping again.
Check your billing. If you think a payment may have failed, the usual cause is an expired card. Apple and Google handle retries and will email you about it — check the payment method on your Apple ID or in Google Play . See  Subscription plans  .
If you are certain the credentials are right and none of the above helps, email us — see  Contacting support .

Bobclass Team: an instructor cannot sign in

This is almost always an email mismatch. Check, in this order:
Have you enabled their access? Open their profile in Settings → Studio → Instructors and confirm Bobclass Team access is turned on. Until you do this, they cannot sign in at all.
Does the address match exactly? The address they type must be the one on their instructor profile. Typos and old work addresses are the usual culprits.
Did the code arrive? Ask them to check spam, and to make sure they are checking the account you have on file rather than a different one.
Full setup steps are in  Adding a team member .

Bobclass Go: a client cannot sign in

A client can only sign in if they are already on your client list, matched by email address. A brand new client has to get onto that list first — either you add them, or they send a booking request that you accept.
