Booking not showing up

Booking not showing up

A booking that is not on your calendar is usually somewhere else rather than gone. Work through these in order — the first two account for most reports.

1. Is it still a request?

By default, every online booking request needs your approval. Until you approve it, it sits in your Inbox and does not appear on the calendar at all. A red badge on the Inbox tab tells you something is waiting.
Open the Inbox and look for it there. See  Approving and declining requests .
If you would rather known clients skipped this step, turn off Requires approval in Settings → Online Booking. Clients who are already in your list and hold an active Class Pack or Membership are then booked in instantly.

2. Is the calendar filtered to one instructor?

The instructor selector sits at the top right of the calendar. If it is set to a single instructor, every session taught by anyone else is hidden. Set it back to show all instructors.

3. Is the session outside your visible hours?

In week view, the settings (cog) icon controls a Visible hours slider — for example 8 AM to 8 PM. A session scheduled at 6:30 AM or 9 PM falls outside that window and will not be drawn, even though it exists.
Widen the slider, or switch to Day view. See  Calendar views .

4. Did the client cancel it?

You are not sent a push notification when a client cancels an ordinary booking. The cancellation is recorded in the Timeline in your Inbox — check there before assuming something went wrong. See  How clients cancel .

5. Did the client book under a different email address?

Bookings made on your web booking page are matched to a client by email address. If someone books with an address you do not have on file, Bobclass cannot connect the request to their existing profile — it arrives marked New, and approving it can create a second profile for the same person.
Open Clients and search for their name. If there are two entries, the booking is on the other one. See  Adding and managing clients .

6. Was the change made on another device?

If you or an instructor made the booking on a different device, give the calendar a moment to sync and then refresh it before concluding it did not save.
