For most client messaging, Bobclass uses the messaging apps already installed on your device — email, SMS, or WhatsApp. When a message needs to be sent, Bobclass opens the relevant app with the message pre-filled and the recipient ready. You review and send.
The default messaging channel is set per device in . This means that if you use Bobclass on multiple devices — for example an iPhone and an iPad — each device can have a different default channel. This is by design, as it uses the native capabilities of each device.
Some messages are sent automatically by Bobclass without any action required from you:
