Bobclass lets you send a reminder to all clients enrolled in a session directly from the calendar. This is useful when you want to remind clients about an upcoming session outside of any automatic reminder schedule.
Tap the session in the calendar to open the session details.
Tap the action menu and select .
Bobclass will open your messaging app with the reminder pre-filled and the enrolled clients as recipients.
The content of the reminder is based on the template defined in . Edit the template there if you want to change the wording before sending.
Reminders are sent via the messaging channel you have configured in — either email, SMS, or WhatsApp. The same setting applies to all messages sent from Bobclass.
