Marketing templates are not tied to a specific booking event. They can be used to send any message you want — promotions, announcements, schedule changes, and so on.
Open the client's profile and select from the action menu. Choose the marketing template you want to use.
Use the filter options in the client list to narrow down your recipients — for example all active clients with a specific preferred activity. Then select to send the marketing template to the filtered list.
To avoid spam flagging, Bobclass splits large recipient lists into batches of up to 50 and opens your email app once per batch. For example, a list of 200 clients is sent in 4 batches.
