A walk-in is a client who arrives at the studio without a prior booking. To add them:
From the Day View, tap .
Tap .
Search for the client by name, or create a new client profile if they are not yet in your system.
Select the session they are joining.
Complete the checkout step.
Adding, marking attendance, and checking out are all handled in a single flow — no need to switch screens. Walk-ins can be existing clients or brand new ones. If the tablet is left unattended at the entrance, clients can also add themselves as a walk-in directly.
