Tap any empty spot on the calendar to create a new session. It will snap to the nearest grid interval.
The following fields are available when creating or editing a session:
(required) The activity defines what the session is about — for example "Morning Flow" or "Pilates for Beginners". It is selected from what you have set up in and . Choosing the right activity is the essence of scheduling, as it determines the session type, default duration, and how it appears to clients on the booking page.
The date and time of the session. When creating a session by tapping the calendar, this is prefilled based on the spot you tapped and the grid interval setting. Tapping it later opens the Reschedule window — see Rescheduling a session . The length of the session. Prefilled automatically — first based on the Calendar Grid setting, and then overruled by the activity's default duration if one is set. Can be adjusted manually per session.

A free text field for any notes about the session — visible to clients on Bobclass Go and the web booking page.
Add clients to the session manually from here, or review who is already enrolled. The heading shows how full the session is against its capacity — for example .
Mark each participant as attended or no-show. While it is best practice to do this after the session has ended, it can also be done in advance if needed.
Deduct credits from a client's active Class Pack or Membership, or use one of the other checkout options. To run a second session in the same time slot as an existing one, tap the existing session, open the action menu, and select .
This creates a session at exactly the same time as the original. The usual reason is two classes running side by side with different instructors — a Reformer class and a mat class at 18:00, say.
