Waitlist management

The Inbox is your central place for managing client activity. It shows:
  • Booking requests — new requests waiting for your approval
  • Waitlist notifications — alerts when a spot opens up in a full class and clients are on the waitlist
  • Timeline — a chronological log of all client activity, including bookings and cancellations
A red badge appears on the Inbox tab whenever there are items requiring your attention.
New vs. known clients
Each request shows an icon indicating whether the client is known to you or new. A New label means Bobclass has not seen this client before. A smiley icon means the client already exists in your client list.


Waitlist management
When a class reaches its maximum capacity, clients using Bobclass Go will see a Waitlist button instead of the usual booking option. Tapping it adds them to the waitlist for that session. Waitlist is not available via the web booking page.
When a spot opens up
When a spot becomes available in a full class, you receive a push notification and an entry appears in your Inbox. You then decide whether to promote a client from the waitlist and which client to add. Promotion is not automatic — the decision always stays with you.
Appointments and waitlist
Waitlist is only available for group classes. Appointments do not support waitlist.
