If you used an earlier version of Bobclass, the app updates in place — most devices do this automatically. You do not need to install anything separately.
Device requirements
Bobclass is a substantial piece of software and it needs reasonably current hardware. As a rule of thumb, a device less than five years old will run it well.
Mac — requires Apple Silicon , meaning an M-series chip. It does not run on older Intel Macs. Check yours under → About This Mac .
iPhone and iPad — if Apple no longer supports the device with current iOS or iPadOS, Bobclass will not run well on it either.
Android — recent phones and tablets.
Windows — available now via the Microsoft Store; a device less than five years old should run it well, the same rule of thumb as the other platforms.
Open the app and tap Sign up. You will be guided through a short setup flow to create your account. This may take up to 15 seconds, as Bobclass will also create a client-facing booking page for your studio.
From there you can have your first session scheduled within a few minutes.
Logging in
If you already have an account, open the app and enter your credentials:
Email — the email address you registered with. If you have been using Bobclass for a while, this is your existing user ID and may be an older address than the one you use day to day.
Password — the password you set when you created your account.
Tap Log in. Loading your data can take up to ten seconds. When it finishes you land on the calendar in week view — see Calendar views.
Forgot your password?
Tap the Forgot password? link on the login screen. You will receive an email with a link to reset your password. Check your spam folder if it does not arrive within a few minutes.
Trouble logging in?
If you are sure your credentials are correct but cannot log in, check that you have an active internet connection. If the problem persists, see Login issues or contact us at support@bobclass.com.
The other two apps
Bobclass Studio Manager is for you. Your clients and your instructors each have their own free app, and both sign in with a one-time code rather than a password.
