Onboarding and priority support

Managing your subscription
Subscriptions are managed through the App Store (iPhone, iPad, Mac) or Google Play (Android) as standard in-app subscriptions. If you prefer annual billing with an invoice, contact us at support@bobclass.com and we will arrange this outside the app stores.
If your subscription lapses
The App Store and Google Play both provide a grace period before access is suspended. If you have trouble reactivating your subscription, contact us at support@bobclass.com and we will help manually.
