Setting a cancellation window
Go to Settings → Online Booking to set a cancellation window. This defines how far in advance a client must cancel. Once the window has passed, clients can no longer cancel their own booking via Bobclass Go.
How clients cancel
Clients can cancel their own bookings via Bobclass Go from their upcoming bookings list, as long as the cancellation window allows it. Cancellation is not available via the web booking page. When a client cancels, you are not notified — unless the cancellation opens up a spot in a class that has clients on the waitlist, in which case you will receive a push notification and an Inbox entry.
How owners cancel a client
To remove a specific client from a session without cancelling the whole session, go to the client's profile, tap Upcoming bookings, and cancel the relevant booking from there. You can also do it from the event details.
Class Pack credits
Bobclass only deducts from a client's Class Pack at checkout. If a session is cancelled — by you or by the client — no credits need to be returned.
