A Class Pack is a bundle of credits that a client uses to attend sessions. Each time a client is checked out from a session, one credit is deducted.
Go to and tap to create a new one. Each Class Pack has:
- — e.g. "10 Class Pack" or "Monthly Carnet"
- — the number of days the pack is valid for, either from the date of purchase or from the date of first use
- — toggle this on to make the Class Pack available for purchase on your online booking page (requires Stripe to be connected)
A Class Pack is valid for all activities — credits are not restricted to a specific class type. When a Class Pack expires, any unused credits are lost. To give a client more time, edit the expiry date manually from their profile.
An owner can also manually adjust the number of credits on a Class Pack after it has been sold — for example to add a bonus session.
Clients can always request a booking regardless of their credit balance. However, at checkout the owner will not be able to complete the checkout until the client has an active Class Pack with available credits. A client can have multiple active Class Packs at the same time.
