A Membership gives a client unlimited access to sessions for a set period of time — for example one month. It is not credit-based.
Go to and tap to create a new one. Each Membership has:
- — e.g. "Monthly Membership"
- — the number of days or months it is valid for, from the date of purchase
- — toggle this on to make it available for purchase on your online booking page (requires Stripe to be connected)
Memberships do not renew automatically. When a Membership expires, the client needs to purchase a new one. An owner can manually edit the expiry date from the client's profile. A client can have multiple active Memberships at the same time.
Memberships cannot be paused. To give a client more time, extend the expiry date manually.
