Progress notes allow you and your instructors to keep a private record of a client's development over time. Notes are visible to studio owners and instructors only — they are never shown to the client in Bobclass Go.
Open the client profile and go to the tab. Tap to add a new note. Each note consists of:
- — set automatically when the note is created
- — write whatever is relevant
- — attach images or files to the note
Multiple instructors can add notes to the same client, making it easy to keep a shared record across your team.
Notes can be edited or deleted after they are created.
Progress notes are private by default. To share a note with a client, open it and select from the action menu. This opens the standard share sheet on your device, allowing you to send the note via any app — email, WhatsApp, Messages, and so on.
