Getting an instructor onto Bobclass Team takes three steps: add them, enable their access, and have them sign in with the email address you hold for them.
1. Add the instructor
Go to Settings → Studio → Instructors and add them. You are already in this list yourself, added automatically when your account was created.
The email address you enter here matters more than anything else on the form: it is what the instructor will use to sign in. It must be an address they can actually receive mail at.
Add everyone who will be teaching before you set up your group classes and appointments, since instructors are assigned to what they can teach.
2. Enable Bobclass Team access
Open the instructor's profile in Settings → Studio → Instructors and turn on their access to Bobclass Team. Until you do this, they cannot sign in.
3. They sign in
Ask them to download Bobclass Team, open it, and enter the same email address you have on file for them. Bobclass emails them a one-time code; entering it signs them in.
If an instructor cannot sign in, the cause is almost always a mismatch between the address they are typing and the address on their instructor profile. Check for typos, and for an old work address they no longer use.
While you are in their profile
Two things are worth completing at the same time:
Availability — the days they work, the start and end time for each day, and any breaks. This is what generates the slots clients can book, so it is worth getting right. Every instructor starts on Monday to Saturday, 07:00 to 20:00 — change it to their real availability. See Setting when clients can book .
What they can teach — instructors are assigned to activities in Settings → Studio → Group classes and Settings → Studio → Appointments . An instructor who is not assigned to anything will not appear as an option when you create a session.
Removing access
To stop an instructor using Bobclass Team, turn their access off again in their instructor profile. Their past sessions and the attendance they recorded stay in place.
