Upcoming bookings — sessions the client is enrolled in. These can be edited or cancelled individually, or in bulk: select several and change the activity, instructor, location or duration in one go.
Past bookings — a full history of completed sessions.
Two bulk jobs are worth knowing about, and both start here:
Add another client to a selected set of these sessions — the quickest way to handle "my friend wants to join the same classes as me", since you are working from a schedule that already exists rather than rebuilding it.
Remove this client from a selected set of sessions — select them and tap Delete . This is the only place it can be done; there is no equivalent in Overview.
Billing groups everything financial for that client:
Sales — Class Packs, Memberships and shop products the client has bought, each with its status. This is also where you mark a bank transfer sale as Paid .
Payments — a record of payments received.
Subscriptions — auto-renewing memberships appear here. This is a beta feature for select Bobclass Studio-plan accounts — see Auto-renewing memberships (BETA) .
Invoices — PDF invoices issued to this client.
Receipts — PDF receipts for sales this client has paid.
A private record of the client's development over time — never visible to the client inside Bobclass Go, though an individual note can be shared with them manually. See Progress notes.
Client details
The Client information field, preferred activity, and preferred location are also visible and editable from the profile. Setting these means you don't have to pick them by hand every time — start creating a session for this client and both are prefilled automatically, which is especially handy for one-to-one work like tutoring or music lessons. See Locations.
Use different billing details lets an invoice or receipt go to someone other than the client themselves — typically a company. Turn it on and set an Entity type (Person or Company), plus a company name, Tax ID/VAT number and address as needed. Once set, these are what appear on that client's invoices and receipts instead of their own name — see Invoices and receipts.
