Clients can book your sessions in two ways: through (the client app) or through your .
Clients log in to Bobclass Go with their account. Once logged in they can browse your schedule, book sessions, view their upcoming bookings, and cancel if needed. Because they are logged in, Bobclass knows who they are and can match them to their Class Pack or Membership automatically.
Your web booking page requires no app and no account. Clients simply enter their email address to book. Bobclass matches them to an existing client profile based on that email address. The web booking page is ideal for first-time clients or those who prefer not to install an app. Note that the web booking page does not support waitlist — clients must use Bobclass Go to join a waitlist.
Clients browse your scheduled group classes and tap the one they want to join — for example, Morning Flow on April 1st at 08:00. They confirm their booking and the request is sent to you.
For appointments, clients choose an activity, an instructor, and an available time slot — similar to booking a dentist appointment. The available slots are based on the instructor's working hours.
After selecting their slot, the request is sent to you for approval.
By default, all booking requests require your approval. If you disable the switch in , clients who are already known to you and have an active Class Pack or Membership will be booked in instantly without needing your approval.
